These sessions are tailored to you, your goals and your starting point.
No matter the age, fitness level, or time .. there is workout for you!
All sessions are with Owner Bryan at desired location

* Bachelor's Degree Nutrition Health & Wellness
*Over 10 years' experience in the fitness industry
25/45 Starter Session: $95
(70-minute session with 25-minute Fitness Check - In and introductory workout)
1 Hour session per week X 2 PSWO per week: $300 per month
(PSWO- Programmed solo workout)
2 X 1 Hour session per week X 1 PSWO per week: $525 per month
(PSWO- Programmed solo workout)
6 - pack of 30 - minute sessions: $240
12 - pack of 30 - minute sessions: $460
6 - pack of 60 - minute sessions: $480
12 - pack of 60 - minute sessions: $930
